Communications Officer

All Aspects Recruitment & HR Services are looking for a Communications Officer for a temporary role until 10/8/2025.

• Brisbane CBD location
• $82.42 per hour including casual loading

Duties include:

• Responsible for developing and delivering high quality communication and engagement plans in co-operation with a range of stakeholders to enable the development and implementation of a contemporary Budget and Reporting system.
• Co-ordinate the delivery of a high-quality strategic communications and engagement strategy.
• Work collaboratively with internal and external project teams to deliver communications promoting and explaining the work of the project team.
• Co-ordinate the development of training and information resources, organise their placement and analyse their effectiveness
• Engage with key stakeholders to ensure their information needs are met in a manner which enables them to make informed decisions.

Requirements:

• Experience in coordinating communications and engagement activities relating to project delivery requirements.
• Experience in preparation and delivery of progress reporting withing government agencies.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills to build and maintain strategic relationships.
• Experience in communications and engagement delivery planning.
