About Us:
All Aspects Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to support a vital eye health program that delivers culturally appropriate and accessible services to rural and remote NT communities and refugees in Australia.
The Role:
This full-time position (38 hours per week) offers a competitive pay rate of $40 per hour. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations and supporting a small, friendly team of professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- General administration and office support
- Processing orders for a spectacle program
- Data entry and analysis
- Answering phone and email inquiries
- Booking accommodation and flights for staff and locums
- Ordering stock, organizing freight, and managing logistics
- Assisting with packing and organizing equipment for trips
- Creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
About You:
- Higher School Certificate (or equivalent) with Business Studies
- Three or more years of administrative or project support experience (preferred, but not essential)
- Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Highly organized, efficient, and accurate
- Passion for working in community and public health
