About the Role:

• Manage and oversee three Before and After School Care services
• Supervise and support primary-aged children in a fun, safe, and compliant environment
• Lead and develop your team to deliver high-quality programs
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and the school community
• Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework
• Work a 38-hour week, including rostered operational hours and flexible non-contact admin hours

About You:

• A strong leader with an enthusiastic and engaging approach to childcare
• Completed or currently studying a childcare-related Diploma or equivalent
• Hold a valid Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
• First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Certificates (or willing to obtain)
• Hold a valid Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willing to obtain)
• Availability from 7:00 am - 9:00 am and 2:30 pm - 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday
• Admin time will make up the remainder of the 38-hour weekly contract
