About the Role
All Aspects Recruitment & HR Services are seeking a skilled Project Officer on behalf of our client to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of i infrastructure projects across a range of community-focused programs.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in civil construction, contract management, and stakeholder coordination. You will work closely with internal teams and external contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support and project delivery oversight across capital works and infrastructure programs.
Assist with planning and maintaining a forward works program.
Coordinate project documentation, reporting, and ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
Support procurement processes, contract management, and grant funding applications.
Monitor project progress to ensure safety, timelines, budgets, and specifications are met.
Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders including contractors, suppliers, and community organisations.
Promote continuous improvement and support sustainable asset management practices.
About You
We are looking for candidates who bring:
A Diploma or higher in Engineering, Project Management, or relevant experience in infrastructure delivery.
Proven knowledge of Australian civil construction standards and road maintenance practices.
Experience in project and contract management, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
High-level computer skills including Microsoft Office, MS Project (AutoCAD experience desirable).
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively across various levels.
A commitment to safety, quality, and process improvement.
Current NT C Class Driver’s License, and ability to undertake a pre-employment medical and police clearance.
